Mulai versi 1.4.0, yang dirilis tanggal 19 Maret 2010, W3C MobileOK Checker mengubah tampilan visual antarmukanya. Serta menambahkan beberapa fitur baru dan sejumlah perbaikan.
W3C MobileOK Checker berfungsi untuk menguji kesesuaian desain Web bagi perangkat ‘mobile’. Walaupun tidak menjamin tampilan dan fungsi situs yang diuji akan benar-benar aman di perangkat sesungguhnya. Jadi, sifatnya hanya memberi rekomendasi berdasarkan best practice versi W3C Mobile. Versi bahasa Indonesianya ada di Rekomendasi Web versi Mobile. Apa saja fitur barunya?

Title attribute in a link tag should be descriptive enough to help normal and difable–differently-abled–people. The title attribute is a place to put additional information. Because it only works on mouse hover. Mouse dependant. Not fully accessible. What is the problem?
